Launch wishlist
This notice explains what the Shatterwake: Ascension wishlist sign-up collects, why, who handles it for us, and how to have it deleted.
Controller
Eudemonia Interactive Oyun ve Teknoloji AŞ, Istanbul, Türkiye, is the data controller. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
The email address you submit, that you gave consent, that you signed up on this website, and when you signed up, when we sent your confirmation email, when you confirmed and, if you do, when you unsubscribed. To make the confirmation and unsubscribe links work we keep a one-way fingerprint (a hash) of the code in the link, never the code itself. We do not collect a name, phone number, birth date, child data or tracking profile through this form.
Purpose and lawful basis
We use your email address to confirm your sign-up, and then to tell you about the launch of Shatterwake: Ascension and important updates. The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
Double opt-in
When you type an email into the form, we save your address and send you an email through Resend with a confirmation link. You are on the wishlist once you click it, and the link works for 7 days. If you never click it, we send you nothing else, and we delete your address 30 days after we sent the link. A verified Discord email is confirmed when you click to wishlist with it, without a confirmation email.
Who handles it for us
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and stores the sign-up in our database (Cloudflare D1). Resend, Inc. sends our emails. Both process your address only on our instructions. Their servers may be outside Türkiye and the European Union, including in the United States. Both take part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and their data processing terms include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Unsubscribing
Our confirmation and welcome emails have an unsubscribe link. One click stops all wishlist update emails to you. Email signup still opens the full feed in that browser.
Retention and deletion
We keep your address for as long as the wishlist is used for launch and update emails, unless you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it sooner. To have it deleted, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, or tell us which address it is.
Your rights
Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use and withdraw your consent. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Türkiye that is the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
Site analytics
This site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you.
Login and the live feed
Discord login receives your Discord user ID and email, no longer your server membership. We add a provider-verified email to the wishlist only when you click Wishlist with that address; it counts as confirmed. Until you choose, the address is shown only in the open page and is not saved in our database, cookies or browser storage. A typed email is confirmed by a link sent through Resend. Signing up with an email opens the full feed immediately in that browser, including from the home page. We link the wishlist to your login so the full feed stays open. Email signup does not confirm or resubscribe an address; only confirmed, subscribed addresses receive launch and update emails. Unsubscribing does not remove email-signup access, but deleting the address and its links does. Joining our Discord server is optional. We discard provider access tokens after login. A signed session cookie holds your provider and account ID, or a random email claim ID, and expiry for 7 days; it never contains your email. Logging out clears it. A separate signed cookie holds login state for up to 10 minutes. To limit email abuse, we keep a rotating, keyed network fingerprint and a request count, not the network address itself. Old counters are removed when new requests arrive.
